Based on your sleeping position – this sounds like medium density pillows are the way forward. A medium density pillow gives you a certain amount of neck support – but not much. Pillows firm are good for side sleepers and pillows are good to sleep on their stomachs. Thus, by means of pillows – I suggest an alternative that uses a down and is sweet – If I like PrimaLoft. You can push the way you want, it is easy to clean and not too soft, not too firm. I couple of PrimaLoft pillow with a fabric touch fresh Lyocell Tencel to rest at night.
